Ring in the New Year a little early at Marion’s Golden New Year, a free, family-friendly celebration in downtown Marion!

Enjoy an evening of live music from Tanya and the Roadrunnerz, a DJ between sets, food vendors, giveaways, dancing, and plenty of fun for the whole family.

At 8:00 PM, gather together for Marion’s signature Golden Nugget Drop, followed by an apple juice toast and snow in downtown Marion!

No need to stay up until midnight—bring the kids, celebrate together, and make one last family memory of 2026.

Marion’s Golden New Year is free to the community and presented by the Barefoot Baby Foundation, City of Marion, and McDowell Chamber of Commerce.
